I am Jay Patel, Vice Chairman of ICAI Ireland, with over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, taxation, business process reviews, internal audit, and forensic audits across sectors such as manufacturing, event management, real estate, and transmission & power. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I also hold CPA Ireland credentials as a member of Certified Public Accountants Ireland and am a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) through the Institute of Banking, Ireland.
My core expertise includes client accounting, tax planning and compliance, application advisory, process reviews and mapping, internal audit, forensic and fraud investigations, business development, public relations, risk management, management consulting in the finance domain, and corporate finance advisory. As Vice Chairman, I am committed to supporting ICAI Ireland’s members with professional guidance, practical insights, and initiatives that foster growth, learning, and excellence in the finance community.
